Job Description
As the Assistant Manager, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the Manager is off duty or working on other projects.

7Spice started is a quick service restaurant established in spring of 2012 Missouri City, Texas. The name “7Spice” occurred to the owner and founder of the company at the beginning because as he prepared the menu and came up with his recipes, he realized that most of the food he was making had at least 7 spices in it. That is the beauty of our Cajun food, the diversity, and complement of our flavors. We always prepare our food with fresh ingredients, from scratch, with our own recipe. That is the reason for our business, to introduce our customer to this flavor, our flavor, our 7Spice.
