Job Description

Primo Hoagies is looking for individuals who possess a warrior’s spirit, a servant’s heart,

our customer’s expectations. As Assistant Manager, you will support the Manager in creating a family-like atmosphere among the staff and ushering our customers through the unique, and

exhilarating, Primo Hoagies experience.

● 1 year Deli experience (Preferred)

● High school or equivalent education (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• A Certified Primo Hoagies Assistant Manager should be well rounded in a food-service or
• restaurant environment.
• ● Must be able to open and close the establishment, when needed
• ● Open and close the registers
• ● Purchase and properly manage and track all food and beverage inventory
• ● Train and manage staff according to brand standards
• ● Communicate with all suppliers
• ● Manage advertising budgets
• ● Create weekly schedules and manage time clock
• ● Most importantly, be a team leader.
• ● *Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required.
