Job Description

As the baker, you will be responsible for preparing baked goods of different varieties and will likely have opportunities to create or innovate recipes. You may work directly with customers and in all cases, a commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing consistent quality is a must. You'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining baking equipment and following all safety and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, prepare and bake all assigned baked goods in a timely and neat manner following all the safety and food handler guidelines. Food handler certification is required. Must be prompt for your shift and work as a team player with other bakers to ensure products are available when store opens. Must be willing to work as a customer service staff once store opens. Shifts start at 4:30 to 5am. Shifts are based on product production but most days shift will end by noon or sooner.
