Expected to work 30+ hours/week
Non Seasonal employment
Looking for hardworking, dependable shift leads to manage the shift. This includes making coffee and tea based beverages, give outstanding customer service and keeping the cafe, bathroom, patio spaces and behind bar clean. Being friendly to both staff and customers, dependable, detail oriented and able to lift 30lbs comfortably.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting and welcoming customers
Taking orders over Revel POS
Memorizing and giving detailed descriptions of drinks and food
Making coffee and tea beverages at a high level (latte art required)
Making food product with fast ticket times
Dating food and beverage product that is made in large batches
Maintaining a clean workstation
Maintaining a clean cafe & restroom
Cleaning dishes
Handling cash and balancing a till
Being prompt and on-time for shifts and clocking out on-time
Responsibilities
- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively
- Attract, recruit, and train staff
- Purchase goods and make improvements
- Report sales results and productivity to management
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
