Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Known for outstanding service, the authentic “churrascaria” offers more than 14 flavorful cuts of meat including lamb, pork, chicken, beef and shrimp on skewers carved tableside by gauchos.
In addition to several cuts of meat, the continuous service includes a trip to the fresh and bountiful salad bar followed by a basket of traditional, mouthwatering pão de queijo (cheese bread). Fried plantains, buttery garlic mashed potatoes and fried polenta are served family style. An excellent, extensive wine list and authentic Brazilian cocktails complement the unlimited fare.
We offer fine-dining surroundings reminiscent of the beautiful Pampas in Southern Brazil. A warm and inviting modern atmosphere showcases luxurious materials such as a granite and limestone bar, rich walnut wine racks and fabrics in tones of deep red and mocha.
