Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Carbone's Pizzeria is a family owned business with locations in Greece, North Greece, Hilton, and Alden.
It all began when a family relative, Domenic Carbone, who opened the very first Carbone's in Buffalo in 1978, suggested our family go into the pizza business. After careful thought and consideration, we opened our first location on Dewey Avenue in 1984. After the first few very successful years, our second Greece location was opened on North Greece Rd. in 1987. Further expansion includes a location in Alden, NY in 1990, and our fourth location in the Village of Hilton opened in 2007. In addition, Carbone's operates the Snack Bar inside Pleasure Lanes Bowling Alley in Hilton.
We were the first to bring to our area the popular pizza and wing combinations we call PAKS, and are also the original home of Pizza Nite specials!
Carbone's uses only the finest ingredients for our brick oven baked pizzas, mouthwatering subs, and original buffalo style chicken wings. Our dough and sauce are made fresh daily on the premises and our wings are always fresh, never frozen.
