Job Description

As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. This tapas-style restaurant has an incredibly high volume of dishes that need to be prepared in a timely manner, so efficiency is key.

MUST have two (2) years of line cook experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant (NOT fast food or quick service).

40 hours per week, DINNERS, starting at 3:00 or 5:00. Pay starts at $11, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
• Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
• Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff
• Ability to communicate in English
• Maintaining a clean station and working together to maintain a clean kitchen.
