Job Description
You'll be responsible for ensuring high levels of service to the guests by identifying, reporting and rectifying any maintenance related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Overall maintenance and repair of hotel's building, rooms, equipment and grounds
- Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance program
- Ensure safety standards and practices are consistently adhered to
- Ensure maintenance of all tools and equipment including HVAC, boilers, fire safety system, etc
- Conduct regular communication briefings with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Liaise with and manage relationship with external contractors/suppliers
- Follow procedures relating to energy conservation
- Control supplies, stock levels and budgets for supplies by means of monthly stock checks
