Job Description
When it comes to getting into the industry, consider this a launching pad. You'll cover every square inch of the building. Support the staff and help run food and drinks. You’ll also be in charged of turning theaters making sure the next showtime is clean and ready. Smiling to customers and having fun with staff, you'll enjoy one hell of an education.
Responsibilities
- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
- Weigh, wrap, label and store cuts of meat
- Know and comply with proper storage standards
- Participate in product rotation, inventory, waste management and ordering of product
- Clean equipment and work areas according to sanitation standards
