AM SERVER

$15 per hour minimum guaranteed (base pay + tips)

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and service-driven AM Server to join our team. This position is ideal for college students seeking flexible morning hours and strong earning potential in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Our Servers create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive, efficient service and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Compensation

• $5 per hour base pay

• Tips earned daily

• Guaranteed minimum of $15 per hour

(If your hourly earnings including tips do not reach $15, we make up the difference.)

Schedule

• Morning shifts

• Weekend availability required

• Flexible scheduling around school commitments

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of serving experience preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• • Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional first impression.
• • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring correct items and presentation.
• • Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction.
• • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.
• • Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and assist with general dining room upkeep.
• • Prepare basic beverages and assist with bar or expo duties as needed.
• • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, bartenders, and management.
• • Process payments accurately, handle cash/credit transactions, and provide receipts.
• • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards.
• • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• • Support closing or opening duties, including restocking and cleaning tasks.
