We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic Front of House staff to join our team at The Aussie Grind Provisions, an authentic Australian cafe in Farmers Branch, Texas!

What you'll be doing:

* Enthusiastically greeting guests

* Taking orders and ensuring a smooth dining experience

* Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages as well as pastries and savouries

* Clearing tables and keeping the dining area clean and inviting

* Contributing to a positive and friendly team atmosphere

What we're looking for:

* Minimum 6 months experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment

* A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent service

* The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* A commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a high standard of food hygiene

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
• Take guests’ food orders and handle cash/credit transactions
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
• Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
• Quickly and accurately prepare food items
