Job Description

As a dishwasher/cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment and dishes according to sanitation requirements. You'll be responsible for keeping the back of house clean and orgranized and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the immediate area outside of the restaurant and the front of house (dining room, bathrooms). Your pace is critical to keeping the restaurant clean and organized, so a strong work ethic is key to success.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment
• Look out for and report repair needs
• Empty and clean trash and recycling bins
• Clean bathrooms, kitchen and dining area
• Sweep and mop floors
• Organize kitchen area
• Assist kitchen staff as needed
